What You Need to Bring to Your Appointment
Fingerprint Request Form:
This form will be provided to you by the agency, and it must be presented unsigned at the time of your appointment.
A Valid Government-Issued Photo ID:
Bring one form of government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, state-issued ID, passport, tribal ID, or military ID. Please note that only one form of ID is required. Details are provided below
Here’s What to Expect During Your Fingerprint Appointment
ID Verification and Signature:
One of our agents will verify your ID and witness you signing the request form to ensure accuracy.
Completion of Request Form:
Our agents will then complete and sign the bottom section of the request form to finalize the necessary details.
Steps for Submitting Your Fingerprints:
When fingerprints have been taken, we will ensure that your FD-258 card is properly completed and signed by both you and our official, confirming everything is in order.
Next Steps to Successfully Complete the Process
Mailing Your Ink Fingerprint Card:
When processed, the agency will handle the necessary steps to complete your request. Finally, you can rest assured that everything will be processed accurately and efficiently.
Live-Scan Fingerprinting:
For live-scan fingerprinting, your information will be sent to the relevant agencies for processing within 24 hours of service. Be sure to check directly with your agency regarding their specific processing times to ensure accuracy.

How Much Does Live-Scan Cost?
Please contact us for Ink Fingerprinting prices for Corporate or Group Fingerprinting!
- FINGERPRINT ROLLING FEE: $40 (This includes the live scan fingerprinting fee, appointment scheduling, online data entry, credit card charge, 8016 Forms, and transaction tracking. As a result, the entire process is streamlined for your convenience).
- CAL-DOJ and FBI FEE: The fees for these services range from $0 to $81, depending on the specific application type, so it’s important to verify the applicable charges.
- CANCELLATION or REFUND: Please note that a $5 fee will apply to all refunds. Applicants must be fingerprinted within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
- REFUND/CANCELLATION: If necessary, you may cancel the transaction to request a refund.
