What to Bring to Your Fingerprint Appointment

  • Fingerprint Request Form, provided to you by the agency (unsigned).
  • A Valid Government Issued Photo ID.Acceptable forms of government-issued ID include: driver’s license, state issued Identification, passports, tribal IDs, and military IDs. You are only required to bring one form of ID. Details Below.

What to Expect at Your Fingerprint Appointment

  • One of our agent’s will check your ID and witness you signing the request form.
  • Our agent’s will complete and sign the bottom of the request form.
  • After your fingerprints have been taken we will will ensure your FD-258 card is complete and signed by you and our official.

What to Do After Your Fingerprint Appointment to Complete the Process

  • Mail your ink fingerprint card if ordering Ink fingerprints.
  • Live-Scan Fingerprinting will be sent to agencies for processing within 24 hours of service. Please check with your agency regarding their processing times.

How Much Does Live-Scan Cost?

  • FINGERPRINT ROLLING FEE: $40 (includes live scan fingerprinting fee, make appointment, enter data online, credit card charge, 8016 Forms, and track transaction status).
  • CAL-DOJ and FBI FEE: Varies from $0 to $81 depending on the Application Type.
  • CANCELLATION or REFUND: A $5 Fee will be applied to all refunds. Applicant must be fingerprinted within 30 days from purchase.
  • REFUND/CANCELLATION: To receive a refund, you may cancel the transaction.
